THE MAHJ ROOM

Beta Privacy Notice

Invite-Only Pre-Release Version · Last updated August 1, 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how Commerce Street Gaming, Inc., doing business as The Mahj Room (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the invitation-only beta version of our American Mahjong application (the “Beta Service”). Because the Beta Service is a private, pre-release test, we try to collect as little information as possible. This Notice is part of our Beta Test Agreement.

1. Information We Collect

In the beta, we may collect: (a) Account and access information — the email address or invitation details we use to grant and manage your access. (b) Gameplay and app-activity information — basic information about how you use the app, such as features used, in-app actions, and settings, so we can test and improve it. (c) Device and technical information — information such as device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostic or crash logs. (d) Feedback — any comments, bug reports, or suggestions you choose to send us.

We do not collect payment or billing information in the beta, because the Beta Service is provided free of charge and no purchases are available.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and operate the Beta Service; grant and manage your access; identify and fix bugs; test, measure, and improve features and designs; communicate with you about the beta; and protect the security and integrity of the Beta Service and our intellectual property. We may also create aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you and use it for any purpose.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only: (a) with service providers who help us operate the Beta Service (such as hosting and infrastructure providers) and who are permitted to use it only to provide services to us; (b) if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and (c) in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

4. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the beta and the purposes described in this Notice, and then delete or de-identify it, unless we are required to keep it longer by law. When the beta ends, we may delete beta data, including Your Data.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and because this is a pre-release test we cannot guarantee the security of any information. Please do not store anything sensitive or important in the Beta Service.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction or deletion, or to stop participating in the beta. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.

7. Children

The Beta Service is intended only for testers who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Notice as the beta evolves. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let testers know. The “last updated” date above shows when this Notice was last revised.
